At ZaynBox, we strive to provide a high-quality service experience. Due to the digital nature of our products, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. General Refund Rules

All sales are final for subscription plans after activation. Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • Service is completely non-functional (verified by our team).
  • Payment was duplicated or charged in error.
  • Request is made within 24 hours of purchase (before service activation).

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Buffering or performance issues caused by the user’s internet connection or device.
  • Failure to cancel auto-renewal before the billing cycle begins.
  • Violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, unauthorized chargebacks).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@zaynbox.com within 24 hours of purchase.

Please include the following details:

  • Transaction ID: From your payment receipt.
  • Reason for Refund: Include supporting evidence if applicable.

We will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and a ban from future purchases.
  • All disputes must be resolved directly with our support team before initiating a chargeback.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel auto-renewal anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Please note:

  • Cancellations do not trigger refunds for unused time on an active subscription.
